Meet The Chef

RBF Dee is a classically trained chef with 15 years of professional experience, known for adding a unique “RBF touch” to a variety of cuisines. “RBF” stands for “Reaching Beyond Fear,” but it could also mean “Really Bussin' Food”—because that’s what Dee delivers! Having worked alongside some of the top chefs in the South, Dee brings a wealth of culinary expertise and creativity to every dish. When not whipping up culinary masterpieces, Dee can be found exploring the wilderness or chasing adrenaline-fueled adventures. Rumor has it, Dee once cooked a five-course meal in the middle of a forest—then fought a hungry bear... But you’ll have to ask Dee about that one yourself!
